Protein Background GLIPR2 is linked to plant pathogenesis-related (PR-1) proteins, which are upregulated in reaction to pathogen attack. GLIPR2 is localized within lipid-enriched microdomains on the cytosolic side of the endomembrane system. GLIPR2 is closely attached to membranes and lacks the cytosol, though it lacks a membrane-spanning domain.
Expression host Escherichia Coli.

Stability Store GLIPR2 at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
