Purchase Order

Please email the Purchase Order to order at novateinbio or fax it to (617) 380-0053. We prefer email in order to serve you more efficiently.

Advance Payment is required for International orders. We accept wire transfer and L/C for international payments.

Purchase Orders (PO) must include the following:

Company/Institute letter head
Purchase Order Number
Recipient First Name & Last name
Email Address
Phone Number
Shipping Address
Billing Address
Product Name, Size and Catalog number
Product Price
Currency (USD)

If you wish to ship using your FedEx or UPS account, please state the courier type and account # in the PO. Our warehouse need 3-7 business days processing time for most items. You will receive a tracking # once it's shipped.Our warehouse do not ship on Friday because we don't want our product stay over the weekend at shipping company's facility.
