Recombinant USP7 protein was lyophilized with sugar stabilizers.

Solubility

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized USP7 protein in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 0.2 mg/ ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability

Store the lyophilized Human USP7 recombinant at -70 °C. Upon reconstitution human USP7 recombinant should be aliquoted and stored below -70°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Purity

Purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques to ~95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Applications

Recombinant USP7 is suitable for use in protein-protein interaction studies, protein structure analysis. It can also be used as an antigen for immunization or as an ELISA standard.
