PAT3C6AT. |
Applications |
PPIC antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:1000. |
Protein Background |
Peptidylprolyl Isomerase C (PPIC) belongs to the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) family. PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and hasten the folding of proteins. Like other PPIases, PPIC binds immunosuppressant cyclosporin A. |
Synonyms |
Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase C, PPIase C, Cyclophilin C, Rotamase C, PPIC, CYPC. |

Mouse Anti Human Monoclonal. |
Immunogen |
Anti-human PPIC mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human PPIC amino acids 39-197 purified from E. coli. |
