Formulation The IL10RA protein solution (0.2mg/ml) containing Phosphate buffered saline (pH7.4) and 10% glycerol.
Purity Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Description IL10RA Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (22-235 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 25.2kDa (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions).IL10RA is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Protein Background IL10 is a cytokine produced primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by lymphocytes. This cytokine has pleiotropic effects in immunoregulation and inflammation. It down-regulates the expression of Th1 cytokines, MHC class II Ags, and costimulatory molecules on macrophages. It also enhances B cell survival, proliferation, and antibody production. This cytokine can block NF-kappa B activity, and is involved in the regulation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway. Knockout studies in mice suggested the function of this cytokine as an essential immunoregulator in the intestinal tract.
Expression host Escherichia Coli.
