PAT1G10AT. |
Applications |
GIPC2 antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:1000. |
Protein Background |
GIPC2 is a 315 aa protein which is restricted to the cytoplasm and holds one PDZ domain. GIPC2 is expressed in large quantities in colon and kidney and in small quantities in adult liver. GIPC2 has a vital part in human gastric cancer by control of growth factor signaling or cell adhesion. |
Synonyms |
GIPC PDZ domain containing family member 2, SEMCAP-2, PDZ domain-containing protein GIPC2, semaphorin cytoplasmic domain associated protein 2, semaF cytoplasmic domain associated protein 2, SEMCAP2, FLJ20075. |
