Description MAPK8 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 450 amino acids (1-427a.a) and having a molecular mass of 50.5kDa.MAPK8 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Protein Background Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase 8, also known as MAPK8, is a part of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases an integration point for multiple biochemical signals which take part in a various cellular processes. MAPK8 is a protein coding gene which is also involved in UV radiation induced apoptosis that is associated to cytochrom c-mediated cell death pathway.
Expression host E.coli.
