Background |
The herpes virus entry mediator (HVEM), also known as TNFRSF14, TR2 (tumor necrosis factor receptor-like molecules) and the ATAR (other TRAF-related receptor), belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily type I cross-membrane proteins. In HVEM expression has been detected in peripheral blood T cells, B cells, monocytes and lymphoid cells in various tissues enrichment. |
Assay principle |
This Human HVEM/TNFRSF14 ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology. Human HVEM/TNFRSF14 specific antibodies were precoated onto 96-well plates. The Human HVEM/TNFRSF14 specific detection antibodies were biotinylated. The test samples and biotinylated detection antibodies were added to the wells subsequently and then followed by washing the plate. Streptavidin-HRP was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow color is proportional to the Human HVEM/TNFRSF14 amount of sample captured in plate. |
