6. 20 x Wash Solution: 25 ml x 1.
7. TMB color developing agent A: 6 ml.

Background
Hemopexin (HPX) is a 60 kDa plasma glycoprotein with two four-bladed beta-propeller folds. Hemopexin belongs to the family of the acute-phase proteins whose synthesis is induced after an inflammatory event. It Expresses in the central nervous system, in the retina, and in peripheral nerves has also been observed. HPX’s function is scavenging the heme released or lost by the turnover of heme proteins such as hemoglobin and thus protects the body from the oxidative damage that free heme can cause.
