2. One 96-well plate precoated with anti-human CST7 Ab
3. Sample diluent buffer: 12 mL x 1
4. HRP conjugated anti-Human CST7 Ab: 1 vial, dilution 1:500.
5. Detection Antibody diluent buffer: 12 mL x 1
6. 20 x Wash Solution: 25 ml x 1.
7. TMB color developing agent A: 6 ml.
8. TMB color developing agent B: 6 ml.
9. TMB stop solution: 6ml.
Background
Cystatin-F is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CST7 gene. It inhibits papain and cathepsin L but with affinities lower than other cystatins. It may play a role in immune regulation through inhibition of a unique target in the hematopoietic system. Expression of the protein has been observed in various human cancer cell lines established from malignant tumors.
