6. 20 x Wash Solution: 25 ml x 1.

Background
Interferon alpha/beta receptor 1, also known as IFN-alpha/beta receptor 1, IFNAR1 and IFNAR, is a single-pass type I membrane protein which belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. It associates with IFNAR2 to form the type I interferon receptor for interferons alpha and beta. IFN receptors are present in all tissues and even on the surface of most IFN-resistant cells. IFNAR1 can bind to type I IFNs triggers tyrosine phosphorylation of a number of proteins including JAKs, TYK2, STAT proteins and IFNR alpha- and beta-subunits themselves. It can also transduce IFNB signals without the help of IFNAR2, and not activating the Jak-STAT pathway.
