2. One 96-well plate precoated with anti-Mouse CD34 Ab
3. Sample diluent buffer: 12 mL x 1
4. HRP conjugated anti-Mouse CD34 Ab: 1 vial, dilution 1:1000.
5. Detection Antibody diluent buffer: 12 mL x 1
6. 20 x Wash Solution: 25 ml x 1.
7. TMB color developing agent A: 6 ml.
8. TMB color developing agent B: 6 ml.
9. TMB stop solution: 6ml.
Background
CD34 molecule is a cluster of differentiation molecule and is selectively expressed on hematopoietic progenitor cells and the small vessel endothelium of a variety of tissues. It is a cell surface glycoprotein and functions as a cell-cell adhesion factor. It may also mediate the attachment of stem cells to bone marrow extracellular matrix or directly to stoma cells. CD34 is abberantly expressed in many kinds of tumors and is implicated in leukemogenesis.
