6. 20 x Wash Solution: 25 ml x 1.

Background
Neuroblastoma suppressor of tumorigenicity 1 (NBL1) is a prototypical member of the DAN family of secreted glycoproteins. Most abundant of this protein is in normal lung and meningioma. It is a possible candidate as a tumor suppressor gene of neuroblastoma. This protein may play an important role in preventing cells from entering the final stage (G1/S) of the transformation process.
