Description Recombinant Full-Length H9N2 A/Hong-Kong/1073/99 is glycosylated with N-linked sugars, produced using baculovirus vectors in insect cells and its Mw is 72,000 dalton. The accession number is AJ404626.
Protein Background H9N2 is a subtype of the species Influenza A virus, whereas the PB1 and PB2 genes are closely related to those of the H5N1viruses and a quailH9N2 virus A/quail/Hong Kong/G1/97 (Qa/HK/G1/97) suggesting that many of the 1997chicken H9 isolates in the markets were reassortants.
Expression host Baculovirus Insect Cells.
Reagent Appearance Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Stability A/H9N2 Hong-Kong/1073/99 Recombinant should be stored at 4°C.
Antibody Properties Reconstitute with H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Titer Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature.
Protein content By direct ELISA (against recombinant gp24), 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.4 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
