Storage HTLV-1 gp21 although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation 60mM NaCl, 50mM Tris-HCl, pH-8.0, 0.25% Sarkosil, 50% Glycerol and 10mM Glutathione.
Purity HTLV-1 gp21 is >95% pure as determined by 10% SDS-PAGE (coomassie staining) and HPLC-C4.
