Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
Description |
C1D Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 164 amino acids (1-141) and having a molecular mass of 18.4kDa. C1D is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
Protein Background |
C1D s which regulates TRAX/Translin complex formation takes part in the recruitment of the RNA exosome complex to pre-rRNA to mediate the 3'-5' end processing of the 5.8S rRNA. C1D which activates PRKDC in the presence of linear DNA and supercoiled DNA also induces apoptosis in a p53/TP53 dependent manner. |
Expression host |
Escherichia Coli. |
Synonyms |
hC1D, LRP1, SUN-CoR, SUNCOR, Nuclear nucleic acid-binding protein C1D, C1D. |
Reagent Appearance |
Sterile Filtered clear solution. |
Stability |
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. |
